Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items must include all original packaging and tags (if applicable).

Non‑Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Shower steamers and bath products

• Cleaning products

• Opened or used items

• Sale or clearance items                                                                                                                                 Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Refunds 

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.                                                                                                              Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

                          Damaged or Incorrect Items

  If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with photos, and we will make it right.
