• Free Shipping on orders $70+

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

• USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

Order Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at therefinedrebelemporium@gmail.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS and work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund when applicable.
